It's POWER HOUR time! Please note the 10am EST start time! This class is a fusion of gritty MetKon Rx strength training and fun dancey cardio. After the hour, you'll be sweating, smiling, and feeling STRONGER!
WAIVER and RELEASE (Box must be checked when completing registration.)
I, Participant, volunteer to participate in a program of live-streamed physical exercise under the direction of Kam Jamz Fitness LLC. In consideration of Kamela Niskach of Kam Jamz Fitness LLC, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless Kam Jamz Fitness LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, right of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation and my child's participation in this or any exercise program including any injuries resulting therefrom. I, Participant, fully understand that the exercise program may be strenuous and I choose to participate voluntarily.
I hereby give my consent and approval to the participation of myself in the digital program conducted by Kam Jamz Fitness LLC and I certify that I am physically fit to take part in all activities. I furthermore hereby give my consent and approval to the use of photography and or video on the internet, website, facebook, instagram, marketing material. I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Kam Jamz Fitness LLC and Kamela Niskach from any and all claims for damages, injury, including death, or loss of property that may be sustained by myself the Participant while engaging in digital content provided by Kam Jamz Fitness LLC.
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this workout if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
